Company Structure

The Coca-Cola Company has a multidivisional structure. They have pushed toward decentralization the organization has split into two types bottling investment and corporate. They also divided operating groups into regions; Eurasia & Africa Group, Europe Group, Latin America Group, North America Group, Pacific Group, Bottling Investments Group, McDonald's Division. By allowing decisions to be made on a local level, the coca-cola company can quickly respond to a change in market and allow top managers to focus on long term planning.
